How Do You Run a Session?

Regardless of your poker ability, I am confident I can help your game significantly. Sessions run either one or two hours in length. Session content can vary greatly, depending on what part of your game you think you need help with. I can watch you play, you can watch me play, or we can review previous hands or focus more on theory instead. It really is up to you what direction we take during the session.

• Session can take place online or live
• Online sessions will run on the poker site of your choice, and we will communicate through MSN instant messaging. I have a microphone and if you do we can talk through MSN. Or we can even talk on the phone.
• Live sessions are available for residents of the Lower Mainland. I can come to you for a face-to-face session.

What Do I Get?

After the session, you will receive a report from me, documenting the things we discussed, and acting as a handy reminder of the advice I gave you. Additionally, after the session at your leisure, you can send me hand histories of ten hands you have questions about and I will analyse each one and send you a report with my recommendations on every hand.

What are your Qualifications?

I have been coaching since Fall 2005, and have coached a wide variety of students from micro-limits, up to $15/$30 limit Hold 'Em, and No Limit cash games and tournaments. I can get you in contact with many of my students if you wish to see what their experiences were like.

I have played in World Poker Tour, World Series of Poker, Canadian Poker Tour, and the Ultimate Bet Aruba Classic events in the last year, and have extensive experience online at a wide variety of games and limits. In Limit, I've played the micro-limits all the way up to $50/$100 regularly. In 2006 I switched over to No Limit cash games, starting at the low limits and now playing $5/$10 $1,000 buy-in NL cash games, both full and short-handed. Also I have numerous large cashes in multi-table NL tournaments live and online - recently finishing 107th in the $2600 World Championship of Online Poker main event on Poker Stars. Additionally, I keep up-to-date with current theory and have extensive studied the most highly regarded books.

What are your Rates?

Per Hour Session: $200 usd or $200 cdn, minimum two hours. $100 an hour for each hour after the first 4. **If you have already talked to me about coaching before, you are still under the old rate.**

You can transfer funds through Neteller, or most large poker sites, such as Party Poker, Ultimate Bet, or Poker Stars. Of course in a face-to-face session you can always hand me cold, hard cash.
